Terms and Conditions — ChqPlz

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the ChqPlz website and app (the “Service”). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

“User” means any tradesperson or other person who registers or uses the Service. “Report” means a user-submitted entry stating a customer has not paid for work.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Users must be 18+ and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Reporting rules and acknowledgements

When submitting a Report you must confirm: (a) the customer has not paid at this time; (b) you have sent a payment reminder, debt letter, or other written notice; and (c) the information is true to the best of your knowledge. Reports are publicly viewable by registered users unless otherwise stated.

5. User obligations and prohibited conduct

Users must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content. False reports may result in removal, account suspension, and legal liability. You must not use the Service to harass or threaten any person.

6. Content moderation and removal

ChqPlz may review, edit, refuse or remove Reports at its discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ChqPlz provides the Service “as is”. We do not verify the truth of Reports and are not a debt-collection agency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChqPlz is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify ChqPlz against claims arising from your Reports or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or at our discretion. Users may close their accounts by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country you are operating your business within.
